HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS
Nationwide has reserved a block of spectacular guest rooms at Mandalay Bay over the dates of our meeting with your choice of either one king or two double beds for a nightly rate of $168 plus tax. We encourage you to make your hotel reservations early to ensure availability over your preferred dates. Rooms feature luxurious bedding and décor, desk area with WIFI and high-speed internet access service available upon request, 42" High Definition plasma television, in-room safe, and minibar.
You must reserve your room through Sterling Events to receive the special group rate. The group rate applies to single/double occupancy; any additional adult occupant will increase the rate $35/person per night. Children under age 14 may stay for free in their parent's room using existing bedding.
A valid credit card number and expiration date is required upon registering to guarantee your hotel reservation. Approximately two weeks prior to your scheduled hotel arrival date, Mandalay Bay will post a one-time room deposit of $168 plus tax (currently 9%) to the credit card you submitted for the guarantee.
When you check in to Mandalay Bay, your credit or debit card will be authorized for a charge to include your sleeping room charges plus tax for your length of stay, plus a deposit of $100 per night for incidentals. We strongly recommend you plan ahead for this, particularly if you plan to use a debit card for your hotel charges.
Reservation cancellations must be made at least 5 days prior to your scheduled arrival date in order to avoid the penalty of $168 plus tax. Also, please note that if you fail to arrive on the date specified in your registration, and you do not change your arrival date through Sterling Events in advance, Mandalay Bay reserves the right to cancel your room reservation and apply a penalty charge of $168 plus tax to your credit card.
If you would like to rent a motorized scooter, please indicate this under the Special Needs section when you register. Scooters are available through Scoot-Around, and Sterling Events will obtain a rental upon request. To rent a scooter, please provide your weight with your request, and Sterling Events will contact you with a rental quote.

GROUND TRANSPORTATION
McCarran International Airport offers transportation to Mandalay Bay either by shuttle service, taxi or limousine.
Shuttles and limousines are available at McCarran Airport on the north and west sides of baggage claim, outside
door exits 8-14. Shuttles service, ranging from $5 to $8 per person one-way, will drop off at all the major strip
hotels, and Mandalay Bay is usually either the very first drop off or the very last drop off. CLS Limo is the
preferred limousine service, and may be contacted at www.clslimo.com or at (702)740-4545.
Taxi service is a good option for those who wish to be transported directly to Mandalay Bay. Taxis cost between $16 and $20 (cash only) one-way, and are available at McCarran Airport on the east side of baggage claim, outside door exits 1-5. Airport personnel are available on the taxi curb to assist passengers and are available seven days a week and 24 hours a day.

Mandalay Bay is approximately 1.6 miles from the airport. Their parking garage is free for hotel guests to utilize, and valet parking is also free of charge.
