HOTEL

A valid credit card number and expiration date is required upon registering to guarantee your hotel reservation. Approximately two weeks prior to your scheduled hotel arrival date, Mandalay Bay will post a one-time room deposit of $168 plus tax (currently 9%) to the credit card you submitted for the guarantee.

All hotel reservations, cancellations and changes must be made through Sterling Events. In order to document your requests, please email lodging cancellations or changes to guestservices@sterlingevents.com.

Reservation cancellations must be made at least 5 days prior to your scheduled arrival date in order to avoid the penalty of $168 plus tax. Also, please note that if you fail to arrive on the date specified in your registration, and you do not change your arrival date through Sterling Events in advance, Mandalay Bay reserves the right to cancel your room reservation and apply a penalty charge of $168 plus tax to your credit card.

Check-in time is 3pm and check-out time is 11am. When you check in to Mandalay Bay, your credit or debit card will be authorized for a charge to include your sleeping room charges plus tax for your length of stay, plus a deposit of $100 per night for incidentals. We strongly recommend you plan ahead for this, particularly if you plan to use a debit card for your hotel charges.

You must register through Sterling Events to receive the special group rate of $168 per night + tax. Please be aware that this rate is shown at single/double occupancy. Any additional adult occupant will incur a $35/person per night charge. Children under age 14 may stay for free in their parent's room using existing bedding.

Maximum room occupancy for standard rooms is 4 people.

High speed internet access via standard CAT-3 network cable (provided), or dial up access through a data port on the phone is available for $12.99 for 24hrs of service (from the time of ordering) per room, per laptop or $5.99 for 2 hrs of service. Wireless internet access or WIFI is also available. A credit card and e-mail address are required to use this service.

Official hotel confirmations will be issued by Sterling Events generally within two weeks of when your registration is submitted. These are either sent to the email address you provide in your registration, or may be mailed or faxed. If you do not get a confirmation within two weeks, or if you have questions, changes or corrections to be made, please contact Sterling Events Guest Services at (800)777-8741.

TRANSPORTATION

Mandalay Bay does not offer complimentary transportation services from the airport to the hotel. However, McCarran International Airport offers transportation to Mandalay Bay either by shuttle service, taxi or limousine. Shuttles and limousines are available at McCarran Airport on the north and west sides of baggage claim, outside door exits 8-14. Shuttles service, ranging from $5 to $8 per person one-way, will drop off at all the major strip hotels, and Mandalay Bay is usually either the very first drop off or the very last drop off. CLS Limo is the preferred limousine service, and may be contacted at www.clslimo.com or at (702)740-4545. Taxi service is a good option for those who wish to be transported directly to Mandalay Bay. Taxis cost between $16 and $20 (cash only) one-way, and are available at McCarran Airport on the east side of baggage claim, outside door exits 1-5. Airport personnel are available on the taxi curb to assist passengers and are available seven days a week and 24 hours a day.

Mandalay Bay is approximately 1.6 miles from the airport. Driving directions may be accessed through Mandalay Bay's website .

Mandalay Bay's parking garage is free for hotel guests to utilize. Valet parking is also free of charge.
