Reservation:

• You must reserve your room through Sterling Events to receive the special group rate. Hotel reservations can be made online at the end of your PrimeTime! registration process. You will see an icon to "Make Hotel Reservations" on your PrimeTime! meeting confirmation page. Click on this link to be linked to the PrimeTime! Group Reservations System operated by the Walt Disney World Swan & Dolphin Resort.
• The group rate applies to single/double occupancy; any additional adult occupant will increase $25.00 per person/per night. Children under age 18 may stay for free in their parent's room using existing bedding. Rollaway beds are available for $25.00/per night.

Payment:

• A valid credit card number, card type, cardholder's name and expiration date are required upon registering to guarantee your hotel reservation. Approximately two weeks prior to your scheduled hotel arrival date, the hotel will post a one-time room deposit of $179.00 plus tax (currently 12.5%) to the credit card you submitted for the guarantee.
• When you check in to the hotel, your credit or debit card will be authorized for a charge to include your sleeping room charges plus tax for your length of stay, plus 40% of the total anticipated amount for incidentals. We strongly recommend you plan ahead for this, particularly if you plan to use a debit card for your hotel charges.

Cancellation Policy:

• Reservation cancellations must be made at least 5 days prior to your scheduled arrival date in order to avoid the penalty of $179.00 plus tax.
• Also, please note that if you fail to arrive on the date specified in your registration, and you do not change your arrival date through Sterling Events in advance, the hotel reserves the right to cancel your room reservation and apply a penalty charge of $179.00 plus tax to your credit card.
