Walking Safety: The best way to experience it all is on foot, but please remember the length of the Strip can be deceptive... it takes more time than you would think to walk from one end to the other. Make sure you realize that there are a lot of cars traveling on the Strip at any given time and most of these people are looking at everything around them. In Las Vegas people expect you to wait for the cross walk so they ignore you until then, so keep your eyes open when crossing the busy Las Vegas streets, and don't forget to keep an eye on your belongings in the many crowded areas.
