Phil Barbera


Phil Barbera earned his MBA from Concordia University Chicago. He works as a Financial Analyst building complex financial/deal models as well as analyzing and manipulating data to reveal economic trends, operating forecasts and working capital requirements. He has underwritten a vast amount of acquisition deals and trained customers on cash flow and succession planning.

Amy Blessington


Amy Blessington has been a part of the Wells Fargo Retail Services team for over 10 years. She primarily supports consumer financing programs within the home furnishings and home improvement industries. Amy works with clients to develop, enhance, and execute their marketing strategies with a goal of growing their businesses through financed sales. Her background in graphic design gives her an advantage when it comes to finding creative, yet realistic, approaches to advertising. She enjoys building client relationships and working to enhance the customer journey.

Olivier Bridgeman


Olivier Bridgeman has worked with web development for all of his professional career. He currently oversees the Web Development and Digital Marketing teams at Tailbase. He is passionate about making technical concepts easy for non-technical people to understand.

Steve Bryant


Steve began his 45–year career in consumer electronics becoming a partner with a $90 million Atlanta–based retailer. Upon selling his interest, he formed an education, technology and marketing company whose materials, programs and strategies have been used by thousands of companies and their retail salespeople and managers throughout North America. Since 2000 he has focused exclusively on the needs of the members of Nationwide Marketing Group establishing Nationwide PrimeMedia which concepts, produces and delivers the group’s advanced video learning systems, high–impact television commercials, digital signage technologies, web video content, live educational programs and more.

Mike Campbell


Michael Campbell is the CEO and President of the top national company, Leather Italia USA. Michael has served on the North Carolina Jaycee Burn Center at UNC Medical Center Advisory Board for ten years. He resides in Wilmington, NC and grew to know the Burn Center and its staff as a result of a home accident that caused severe burns and placed his daughter, Taylor Campbell, in their care. Later, Michael created and launched the “Taylor Campbell Pledge Fund” that is active through the UNC Burn Center and has raised funds annually that support care and research. He has also participated in supporting the Burn Center family waiting areas by donating leather furniture. He has served as past President for associations such as Christian Life Council and has contributed hours of work in various charitable events including Habitat for Humanity, Red Knight’s annual fund drive, Play for Emily, and Woman of Hope. He helped organize a recent event in Wilmington, North Carolina, “Chords for a Cause” that featured Taylor Campbell and her story. The proceeds were raised in an effort to launch an after care burn facility in Wilmington that will serve Southeastern North Carolina.

Michael has also worked with the UNC Children’s Hospital and participated on the “Roof Top program” and has supported a number of other events, including “Pinwheels for Promise”. He has spoken

nationally about his family’s story and journey and the courage of his daughter, Taylor Campbell. Michael has worked with the UNC Athletic staff to heighten awareness of the UNC Burn Center at every home UNC football game and the kids captain programs. He continues to be an avid supporter of the Burn Center Advisory Board and carries a deep attachment to the UNC Burn Center family.

Michael is married to Teressa and they have three daughters, Brooke (22), Morgan (20), and Taylor (12).

Jo Chick


Jo Chick joined Google 7 years ago, originally managing Google’s relationship with Australia’s largest advertising agency group and now in Strategic Partnerships in the US helping Partners, such as Nationwide Marketing Group, to accelerate both their and their advertisers’ businesses. Having previously spent 5 years at ninemsn Jo has in-depth experience across media, marketing and digital ecosystems. Jo graduated from the University of Oxford with a degree in Biological Sciences and also holds a Nationwide Members.

Jerry Epperson


Jerry is one of the founders and a Managing Director of Mann, Armistead & Epperson, Ltd. Jerry is the head of the firm’s research effort and has in excess of forty years of experience in the publication of hard/soft dollar research which focuses on demographics, consumer products, furnishings (residential and contract) and related issues. More specifically, Jerry’s research in the furnishings industry is recognized on a world–wide basis for its in–depth coverage of suppliers, manufacturers and retailers. Jerry has also been acknowledged by several industry, research and Wall Street associations for his coverage. On several occasions, Jerry has been requested by the U.S. State Department to travel to the Pacific Rim and Europe to assist those countries in understanding the furnishings industry. Prior to founding the firm, Jerry spent fifteen years at Wheat, First Securities, Inc. and five years at Scott & Stringfellow, Inc.

Jerry earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce from the University of Virginia and an MBA from the College of William & Mary. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Jennie Gilbert


Jennie Gilbert is the Chief Operating Officer of Retailer Web Services (RWS), whose mission is to serve independent retailers and help them realize their dreams through the promise of technology. A graduate of Arizona State University, Jennie is a frequent speaker at durable goods retail conferences. Her expert articles and advice for independent retailers on how to maximize digital marketing and increase sales have been published in various industry and business media including TWICE, Furniture World, Furniture Today and Sleep Retailer. She is the co-author of two books “RE:THiNK: 11 surprising things you should do now to win retail customers in the digital age” and “RE:MARKET: New digital techniques independent retailers can use now to compete better, grow faster and work smarter” as well as a contributor to “Recalculating: 97+ Experts on Driving Small Business Growth” (Small Business Digest, 2016). Her deep understanding of the unique needs – and potential – of retailers in this field comes from over 10 years of experience working with over 2,000 appliance, furniture and mattress retailers while delivering the RWS line of intelligent software solutions and web services.

Alex Hallmark


Alex has worked in the appliance industry since 2001 starting with Fred’s Appliance Service. While seeking a bachelor’s degree at Ohio State, Alex worked sales at Dayton Appliance Parts learning the challenges of distribution on a large scale.

After graduating from Ohio State in 2007, Alex worked as a contractor for Electrolux Home Appliances creating appliance repair training videos for their various products while working alongside various engineers and field service managers.

Alex then returned to the Cleveland, Ohio area and started selling appliances for Snow Bros. Appliance. This brought Alex’s journey full circle having a chance to work with a manufacturer, a parts distributor, an appliance dealer, and an appliance repair company. Getting just enough exposure from each major area of the appliance industry. This has led to a unique perspective but also a drive to try and bring these different vertical markets together to provide the best customer experience.

Returning to Fred’s Appliance and joining the Academy team, Alex helped to train and organize new instructors while organizing/updating the curriculum. Alex handles all marketing efforts along with managing/designing the various websites under the Fred’s Appliance name .

Sue Harman


Sue Harman is a professional with a wide array of skills garnered from 35 years of hands on experience in wood finishing, wood repair, leather repair and fabric upholstery cleaning.  Today, Sue manages the Guardsman technician furniture training programs and offers technical support for the comprehensive line of Guardsman Consumables.

Jeff Knock


Jeff Knock is a member of the Senior Leadership Team at Nationwide Marketing Group.  He joined the company in July of 2011. Knock’s career in retail spans over 22 years in the appliance industry at some of its most well-regarded companies, including Electrolux and Whirlpool.

From 1989 through 2000, Knock retained the positions of Account Manager, Director of Sales Training, Director of National Accounts and General Manager of Retail Sales at Whirlpool Corporation.

From 2000 through 2011, Knock retained the positions of General Manager of Retail Sales and Director of Buying Groups, working closely with NMG and their independent retailers for 6 years, at Electrolux.

Knock has many years of experience in retail and a keen understanding of the industry. During his 5 years in Whirlpool’s education organization, Knock developed a particular passion for helping independent dealers in sales training and leadership development.

Today, Knock is responsible for Nationwide’s Core membership development as well as the overall direction of the group and it’s members.

Kris Kuester


Kris Kuester inspires people to change, to overcome, and to rediscover joy in their lives.

In college, Kris was an Academic All–NCC and All North Central Region baseball player at the University of North Dakota. After completing college, Kris spent five years under the tutelage of Grammy award–winning songwriter and Nashville producer Dennis Morgan. In addition to touring as an independent country music artist, Kris worked with artists like Trisha Yearwood, Marty Stuart, Pam Tillis, and Sawyer Brown. Kris had a life of successes, happiness and well–being.

In 1996, at age thirty, a casual conversation with a physician on a golf course changed his life forever. Kris was diagnosed with Syringomyelia, an incurable and neurodegenerative disease of the spinal cord. After two brain surgeries and a year of dark depression, Kris decided that he was going to teach himself how to walk again, how to play his guitar, and overcome the physical and emotional ailments in his life. Kris developed a formula for overcoming his obstacles and wrote the book Redefined, describing how other people could follow a similar path.

Kris has been a gifted communicator, teacher and musician for over 20 years, and serves others in this way through his relationship with Nationwide Marketing Group and through his foundation, Living With It. He has spent years working with retailers of all sizes as they look for new and innovative ways to enhance their company culture, become more effective communicators, and inspire the best in their teams. Kris has also worked with many business owners, executives and managers throughout the Independent Retail Channel, helping them hone their leadership skills.

Doug Marsh


Since joining Nationwide Marketing Group in March of 2000, Doug Marsh has been involved in various aspects of the company. He originally worked directly with our members as an Account Manager in Direct Plus before moving to the Web Services department where he was tasked with bringing in new digital technologies as the Product Development Manager. There he specialized in mobile offerings and strategies and assisted members in the mobile optimization of their website. He now leads the Marketing Operations team with a goal of improving the Promotions sections of MemberNet but will continue to research and test new digital technologies with some of our most digitally advanced members.

Rob Krause


Rob is currently Senior Vice President and General Manager with the Payment Solutions at Synchrony Financial. Rob has spent over 7 years helping retailers in the Consumer Electronics, Appliances and Furniture markets grow their businesses through effective promotional financing strategies that drive larger average tickets, create customer loyalty and generate consistent repeat sales.  He began working with the Nationwide Marketing Group financing program in July of 2016.

Andy Masters


Andy Masters, MA, CSP is an award-winning author and international speaker based in Orlando who has written 5 books, earned 4 degrees, and has presented hundreds of Sales/Service, Leadership, and personal development programs.  He has been featured on several major media outlets, including LifeTime Television, PBS, Leadership Excellence magazine, and Investor’s Business Daily.  Andy achieved Distinguished Graduate honors at Webster University, earning an M.A.-Marketing, and another M.A.-Human Resources Development.  Andy has received the prestigious “CSP” award/designation of the National Speakers Association (NSA), the highest international recognition for professional speakers, in which only 10% of over 5,000+ speakers worldwide have achieved.

Megann McDaniel


Since joining Nationwide Marketing Group in January 2002, Megann has assumed many roles from project management, business analytics, and corporate trainer. Megann has been involved in various aspects of the company from retail credit, extended warranties, employee incentive programs, and MemberNet, Nationwide’s intranet website. Today Megann is the Project Manager for MemberNet where she develops systems, programs and policies for optimized functionality of MemberNet. Some of Megann’s projects include the launch of Cantex, the first international acquisition for Nationwide Marketing Group. Megann helped develop and deliver a dual language website for a complex hierarchical corporation. Other recently projects include the launch of Exchange, Nationwide’s exclusive Distributor marketplace as well as the Appliance Rebate Finder. Megann works to support Nationwide’s retailers by creating a website that provides solutions at your fingertips.

Tim McLain


A frequent speaker at national digital marketing events dedicated to the home goods industry, Tim McLain is the Segment Marketing Manager for Netsertive, a fast-growing digital advertising technology company and Google Premier SMB Partner specializing in driving sales opportunities to local retailers through the power of the company’s Internet marketing technology.

Joe Milevsky


Calling on his more than 40 years of industry experience, Joe has helped hundreds of clients improve the performance of their companies and profit as a result of their business relationships with JRM. Before establishing JRM over 16 years ago, Joe held various executive positions with several of the strongest companies in the retailer industry. Bob Muenkel

Elizabeth Olinger


Liz is a Strategic Partner Manager in Google’s Channel Sales organization based in Mountain View, California.  She specializes in helping to build and grow new partners as part of our Acceleration program.

Before joining the Channel Sales team, Liz worked with Google’s direct small and medium businesses to help them grow through digital advertising.

Prior to joining Google, Liz worked as a software sales representative at Oracle after graduating with a B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Frank Sandtner


Frank has been with Nationwide Marketing Group since 2008.  He is currently responsible for all of the company’s member services including financial services, in–store services, digital marketing, intranet, analytics, and the NSI service contract unit.  Frank’s team has been responsible for the development and growth of every layer of financial services; this has led to credit options for consumers of every risk class.  He is a strong driver of simple solutions for retailers that drive their business.  This has manifested itself through the collection of Just Say YES! services developed by his digital marketing team.

Prior to joining Nationwide, Frank spent time in marketing and operations roles in service based companies in the wireless phone, internet, and insurance businesses.  He managed a wireless data business for AOL in 2000 and later managed parts of AOL’s online advertising business in 2006.  Frank was General Manager of several startup cellular phone markets that operated under the Cellular One brand during the 1990’s.

Tom Shay


Tom Shay is a fourth-generation small business owner. His teachings provide the “nuts and bolts” necessary to improve the operation and profitability of the business. He teaches in the areas of business strategy, marketing skills, staff education, and financial understanding.

Tom has authored thirteen books on small business management and a college textbook on small business accounting and business planning. Having written over 400 columns in 75 trade publications, he has been nominated three times for the Jesse H. Neal for editorial excellence in business media. He has earned the Certified Speaking Professional distinction, which has been attained by 8 percent of speakers worldwide.

Bob Sherman


Bob Sherman has been an influential leader in the bedding industry for the past 45 years.   In 2012 he achieved the #1 mattress manufacturer rating in the United States.  Currently Bob principals the newly formed company of Visionary Sleep, LLC operating independently as the largest Restonic licensee.

For his industry accomplishments and civic commitment, Bob received the 2010 American Heritage Award from National Home Furnishings Industry on behalf of the Anti-Defamation League.  In April 2012, Bob received the 2012 Spirit of Life Award from City of Hope a leading research and treatment center for cancer, diabetes and other life-threatening diseases.

Additionally, in 2012 he was honored by A Silver Lining Foundation, an Illinois based organization ensuring access to cancer resource information, treatment options and cost free mammograms. Bob also serves on the Board of Directors for PAWS, Chicago’s largest no-kill animal shelter.

When he is not working, Bob enjoys playing golf and watching hockey.  He lives in Barrington, Illinois with his wife, Barbara.  They have three grown children and seven grandchildren.

Dean Sottile


Dean joined the Nationwide team in March of 2014 specifically to build and launch NMG’s exclusive eXchange distribution platform.  He was instrumental in identifying the Connected Home opportunity for NMG’s membership and has worked hand in hand with both the CE team and Vendors like Nest and Google to drive programs for the members.

Joshua Sowards is a Senior Customer Marketing Manager at Tempur Sealy focusing on retail customers across brick & mortar and e-commerce. Joshua believes in building and driving marketing strategies that create traffic and increase conversion. Joshua has 20 years of experience in sales and marketing of consumer goods in both B2B and B2C environments connecting qualified customers to great brands.

Pamela Starr


Pamela is a speaker for Google’s Get Your Business Online program.  She is a long-time Small Business Authority, devoting her career to helping larger organizations and small businesses connect.  An accomplished leader, trainer and keynote speaker, Pamela has trained, coached and motivated more than 80,000 professionals in more than 500 training sessions and keynote presentations.

Scott Warlick is the Executive National Director of Buying Groups and Rent to Own since 2013. Scott started with Sealy in 2000 on National Accounts in the Northeast. He moved to become a manager on the independent retailer side in 2004. He lives in Winston Salem, NC with his wife Beth and 2 children, Kayleigh and Garrett.

Matt Weber


Matt Weber is a Certified Google AdWords individual and a sought-after international trainer in Google AdWords and Google Analytics. In the past two years, Matt has taught thousands of individuals, agencies and business owners in more than two dozen cities across North America. Rick currently serves on the leadership team as the Senior Vice President of Marketing. Before joining the Nationwide team, he spent twenty years at a Nationwide member retailer, working in sales and merchandising management and assisting the company to grow from a seven to eighty–six retail store chain with $860 million in annual sales. Rick has been actively involved in Nationwide Marketing Group’s efforts in growing their membership from 140 local dealers to serving over 3,500 independent dealers across North America.

Doug Wrede serves as Director of CE, assisting in the execution of merchandising and marketing strategies for Nationwide Marketing Group.  His background in retail includes time spent in various merchant roles with both national and regional retailers as well as experience on the manufacturer side of the business.  Applying his 14+ years of experience in the CE industry, Doug works to support the Independent Retailer by positioning them to compete in today’s marketplace.

Leon Barbachano


Leon Barbachano has a Bachelors Degree in Marketing and an MBA with an emphasis on Entrepreneurship. He is a partner in Allen & Petersen Cooking & Appliance Center and Automated Laundry Systems which are based in Anchorage, AK. Even though he has a degree in marketing he will be the first to tell you that for the most part traditional media is dead. In his companies he used to spend lots of money in advertising. Now he has altered his advertising to be based on using digital marketing to drive sales through the door. 

Chris Bryant

Brett Cutchin, AAI,CIC,CRM


Brett began his career in the insurance industry in 1990 while obtaining a degree in Risk Management and Insurance at Florida State University. In addition to his many scholarships, he was also the recipient of the Nordhaus Scholarship, which historically recognizes the outstanding and top insurance students in the country.

Brett’s team consistently leads the Lipscomb & Pitts in annual new business production, and he is the largest team in the agency.

Brett’s outstanding performance has earned him positions on numerous advisory boards of major, national insurance companies. In addition, Brett is the third largest shareholder of Lipscomb and Pitts Insurance and the President of Commercial Lines.

Jennifer Danko


Jennifer Danko is the Chief Technology officer for Site On Time website development. She is Google Adwords Certified and a Google Partner.  She has worked in the appliance, electronics and furniture industries for more than 20 years. Before starting Site On Time in 2008, Jennifer worked in a retail appliance and electronics store for more than 6 years, learning the ins and outs of the industry and the many aspects of running a store. While employed she also earned her associates degree in accounting. During this time she researched and implemented a store management software system for the company. In 1999 she accepted a consultant position with the same software company. Jennifer spent the next 9 years learning programming, providing customer support and traveling across the country to provide training and consulting for this software system. In 2007, she realized the strong need and demand for reliable and reputable website development within this industry.  After successfully launching several ecommerce websites she decided to pursue this full time and started Site On Time in 2008.  Her years of experience in the appliance, electronics and furniture industry allows her to better understand the needs of the retailers and develop solutions that work within the industry. Her accounting and software experience gives her first hand knowledge of the intricacies of building and maintaining a solid, stable and user-friendly retail solution. Site On Time developed and manages the Nationwide Point of Sale Solution, Prime Systems. Jennifer lives with her husband of 22 years and daughter in Gainesville, GA.

Amanda Evans


Amanda Evans serves as Nationwide’s Director of Marketing, working to create advertising campaigns and promotional events to help independent retailers reach new customers and drive sales. Amanda has spent the last two decades in marketing and advertising roles in franchising, non-profit and at a digital agency. She resides in Memphis, Tenn.

Marshall Evans III


Marshall Evans, III is Vice President of Leather Italia USA and has been with the company for over 11 Years. His primary efforts at Leather Italia USA include product development, factory relations, general management, and sales.

Marshall is married to Lauren and they have three children, Eleanor, Marshall 4, and Eden.

Gary Galloway


Gary Galloway is a versatile marketing executive with more than 17 years of experience implementing marketing solutions. Galloway is currently the Senior Product Manager for Netsertive, a digital marketing technology company. He also serves as an Adjunct Professor at UNC-Chapel Hill teaching classes on Media Sales, Management, and Digital Marketing.

Previously, Galloway was the Director of Marketing at a regional automotive group, where he created and executed monthly digital marketing campaigns for 19 different retail locations and 30 franchises. Prior to that, Galloway worked at the Nielsen Company for six years, creating television and Internet measurement software products. He frequently speaks to buying group and association conferences across North America and is widely published in publications.  

Melanie Gallagher


Melanie is the manager of North American Field Services for the past six years at Guardsman. Field Services includes performance management for over 4,000 technicians; franchise sales and support and Guardsman Professional Services our B2B offering also known as “GPS”. Mel also provided oversight to our successful Sales Force platform and portal for technicians and partners. Prior to joining Guardsman Melanie was the General Manager for a telecom provider.

On a personal note, Mel is married to a Marine Corps. Veteran and mother to four wonderful children, two of whom serve in our armed forces as a Sergeant in the United States Army and a Sergeant in the United States Airforce.

Louie Gravance


Louie Gravance learned at an age earlier than most the necessary building blocks to create a successful career in one of the most challenging industries: entertainment. At only twelve years old, he began working in California as a stage, film and television actor and would go on to appear in over thirty-five national television commercials. In 1987, Gravance was offered a summer job with one of the entertainment industry’s most successful conglomerates, The Walt Disney Company, beginning as a comic at Disneyland in Anaheim, California and soon thereafter embarking on a twelve-year adventure at the Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, Florida.

During these twelve years Gravance immersed himself in the Disney culture, developing a seasoned resume with the company and garnering numerous awards for his work along the way. He trained thousands of new-hires at Disney University, teaching from a platform that centered on the powerful impacts of both self-investment and delivering the finest customer service experiences possible. He was also invited to design, develop and deliver the premier roster of business programs used by hundreds of corporate clients who took part in various courses and training offered at the Disney Institute. Gravance is the recipient of the Disney Partners in Excellence Award and the Spirit of Disney Award and has been recognized internationally as a Disney keynote speaker, having begun his professional speaking engagements on behalf of Disney in 1998.

Following his hugely effective tenure in Orlando, Gravance left Disney to pursue other opportunities and soon amassed even more success working as a consultant, customer service speaker and corporate culture guru for companies such as ING Financial, Choice Hotels, Microbac Technologies, Nikon and The American Council of Independent Laboratories (he worked with over one hundred different groups between 2001 and 2016.)

Gary Jones


Gary has well over 20 years working with the RTO industry. He was in charge of merchandising for an 86 store RTO chain during that company’s rapid growth. He has now been with Ashley Furniture for almost 17 years working strictly with the rental industry.

Michael Kirby


Michael Kirby is the Director of In-Store Experience for Tempur+Sealy Inc.  He has over 20 years experience in the Furniture/Mattress Industry.  He has been a vital part of the TSI  tema for 17yrs. Michael is responsible for the Sleep Gallery Program for Nationwide members moving forward.

Chris Kirk


Chris Kirk, Nationwide’s Vice President of Member Services, joined the Nationwide Marketing Group after graduating from OIe Miss University.  In his twelve years of service with Nationwide, Chris has devoted much of his time to refining and implementing many of the group’s internal operations.  Currently, and since accepting the role of Member Services VP, Chris leads the Member Services team in developing and implementing tools and assets that help provide best-in-class in-store experiences, exclusively for Nationwide Members.  Outside of his busy work schedule, Chris is an avid outdoorsman, and enjoys hunting, fishing, and all things nature.

Gregg Lee


Gregg Lee is a 30 year industry veteran who has trained thousands of professionals on Home Entertainment products. Gregg’s goal is to provide dealers a better understanding of how products perform to match customers with the solution that makes the best sense for their needs. He also like to focus on how to maximize dealer sales opportunities by helping dealers see how to go beyond selling just a TV to making sure the customer is exposed to all the support products available that can enhance the customer’s experience. A customer will not purchase a product they don’t know of, and do not experience. So expect to hear how to present the solution and not just a product during Gregg’s session.

Keith Mackey


Keith Mackey has a strong merchandising and selling background with over 30 years in retail and wholesale in the Furniture and Mattress categories. Keith holds patents in specific retail experiences that have been recognized by the Retail Touchpoints® Magazine with the Gold Award for in-store digital experiences.  With executive level leadership in all aspects of retail merchandising and marketing, he provides knowledge based on real world successes and failures to take product and people to the next level of potential. His professional experience includes top bedding manufacturer Serta Simmons Bedding, $100 million plus retail chains and currently the number one most recognized name in Top of Bed Necessities, Protect-A-Bed®.

Jeffrey Niederauer


Jeffrey Niederauer is the Director of Marketing and Operations at Western Appliance, a Nationwide member retailer selling appliances in San Jose, California. Concerned about the quality of digital ad products and representation available to small and medium businesses, he wants to open the discussion among retailers to find ways to hold ad vendors accountable and to get the most out of our digital advertising dollars. A Google Partner certified in both Google

Analytics and Google AdWords, and author on the recently launched MarketingMeasurements.com blog, Jeffrey brings online savvy to traditional brick-and- mortar retail operations. Outside of the office, Jeffrey enjoys Broadway musicals and Disney parks.

Kari Pecenka and Scott Eichmeier


Kari Pecenka and Scott Eichmeier co-manage the Wells Fargo/Nationwide Marketing Group Program.  Kari has been a part of the Wells Fargo Retail Services team for over 8 years and with Wells Fargo Corporation for 23 years.  Scott has been a part of Wells Fargo Retail Services for 13 years, all with Wells Fargo Retail Services.  Kari and Scott work with dealers to develop, enhance, and execute their consumer finance programs with a goal of growing their businesses through financed sales.  Their experience in the finance industry gives them the knowledge to assist members in growing their business through consumer finance.

Joe Perfito


Born and raised in the Bronx, NY, earned an Electrical Engineering degree from NYU, Bronx NY, served in the US Air Force; Pilot Training in the T-37 and T-38,  was assigned as a T-28 Instructor Pilot. Moved to Hartford CT as Store Manager of The Stereo Shop. In 1974, helped open The Stereo Shop of Massachusetts in Newton Center, MA.  In 1975, was hired by Gordon Gow, President, McIntosh Laboratory, Binghamton NY, to be the Southeast Regional Sales Manager and then National Sales Manager for McIntosh. In 1991, Joe founded Gordon J Gow Technologies, Inc, Orlando FL, designer and manufacturer of Tributaries products and Clarus cables selling those products to retail stores and distributors in the USA, Canada, Mexico, China, Russia, Australia, New Zealand, Thailand, India & South Africa.

Kyle Phillips


Kyle Phillips has been with Whirlpool for more than 15 years. In that time, he has successfully managed sales teams responsible for some of the more specialized and complex business segments including the federal government, hospitality and manufactured housing. Kyle now brings that unique perspective and focus to Whirlpool's RTO business.

Corinna Ranweiler


Corinna Ranweiler is a National Trainer for Tempur+Sealy and specializes in content development. Corinna does both internal and external National training, including on-boarding new employees, strategy planning, and product workshops.

Tim Rosebrock


Tim Rosebrock serves The Biltmore Company as Vice President and General Manager of their licensed consumer products business.  He has the responsibility of overseeing the company’s intellectual property interests and leading a dedicated team of professionals in licensing and building the Biltmore brand to a Top 150 Global Licensor.  He has over 25 years of trademark licensing experience in the home furnishings industry with a manufacturer, a non-profit, and for the last 18 years with Biltmore.  Tim is active in the industry, currently serving as chair of the board of directors of the Society of Product Licensors Committed to Excellence (SPLiCE) where Biltmore has been a corporate member since 2007.

A native of Buffalo, NY, Tim now lives in Asheville, NC where he enjoys getting outside to experience the Blue Ridge Mountains with his family.

David Stacey


 David joined the Nest team in 2013 after spending 11 years in various roles, including Product Marketing and National Account Sales, at Honeywell. David runs point on all key Pro Channel Distributor relationships for Nest.

Brad Stanek


Brad has worked in the financial services industry since 1993, becoming an investment professional with Morgan Stanley in 2009 through a predecessor firm. Initially with Merrill Lynch, he came to Morgan Stanley to provide clients with a full range of financial services and investment advice from one of the largest firms on Wall Street.

Brad is also a Certified Financial Planner and is registered in all 50 states. His focus is on financial planning and exit planning for business owners in the Appliance and Electronics, Power Sports and Outdoor Power Equipment industries.

Brad earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Indiana University. Residents of Barrington, IL, he and his wife, Debra, are proud parents of two boys, Gavin and Joel.

When he is not working, Bob enjoys playing golf and watching hockey.  He lives in Barrington, Illinois with his wife, Barbara.  They have three grown children and seven grandchildren.

Jared Stauffer


Jared Stauffer has 20 years’ experience starting and scaling tech companies including 17 years as the founder and CEO of Brinkster, a Cloud infrastructure-as-a-service company.  He is an advocate of entrepreneurs, small businesses and the startup community volunteering many hours mentoring, judging competitions, and as a Founder in Residence for the StartupAZ Foundation.

Cristal Willcox


After Shreveport native Cristal Willcox graduated with BA degrees in English and French, she went to work for a family-owned partnership whose entrepreneurial spirit instilled an appreciation for independent enterprises and led her to a career helping small businesses grow. She joined the Nationwide team in 2012 and has built strong working relationships with the group’s members and vendors throughout North America. Her passion for communications, technology, and her talent for sales and support made her a perfect match for Nationwide’s In-Store Marketing programs, namely MemberNetTV and Answers InfoTablets. As our lead trainer and customer service specialist for these programs, she has helped hosts of Nationwide members implement our forward-thinking digital solutions in their stores. She also goes out of her way to field any other needs put to her by members and vendors alike to ensure our Member Services are best adopted by the Nationwide family.
