Booth registration is now open by invitation only. Please refer to your invitation to exhibit (emailed to each invited company’s designated booth contacts) for more information.

Your booth request will be submitted to the Nationwide Merchandisers for approval. If the size of space requested is not approved, your merchandiser will be in contact with you.

Nationwide will begin assigning booth space in the coming weeks. While you will receive an automatic email of your submitted request, once your booth number has been confirmed, you will be sent an email with the final floorplan, load-in/load-out schedule and other important details. 

PLEASE NOTE:  The booth application is for booth reservations ONLY.  Badge and hotel registration must be completed separately.  All vendor attendees will need a badge for exhibit hall admittance.

PrimeTime is a closed event, open only to Nationwide Members and Program Partners.  If you would like to learn more about becoming a Nationwide Marketing Group partner and exhibiting at PrimeTime, please contact Nationwide at 336.722.4681.


Nationwide PrimeTime is targeted by scammers offering to book hotel rooms for PrimeTime, claiming access to membership lists, or other sales pitches.  Please note that hotel rooms in the group block may ONLY be booked through PrimeTime registration and Nationwide Marketing Group does NOT sell its member information.  Beware of fraudulent companies offering different hotel rates or requesting reservation and/or payment information.  If you have a question about an email or phone call you have received, please let us know at exhibitors@nationwidegroup.org.
